Sacria joins the Sulo group

Since the start of 2020, the Orca group, comprising the companies Sacria, Galicier, Pressor and SAVN, has been acquired by the SULO Group, the European leader in waste pre-collection solutions.

Sulo supports local authorities and various companies in the management of their waste, by offering solutions ranging from a wide range of containers to services (maintenance, installation, washing, awareness raising). Sulo also places digitalization at the heart of its offer (data management software, web interface for users, geolocation of collection vehicles, etc.).

This acquisition is a key step in the development of the strategic growth that Sulo initiated a year ago. The two companies will benefit from significant complementarities in terms of products, geography and customers, with multiple cross-selling opportunities.
